Pad Printing & Plasma

Technology Overview

High Tech Tecnosky provides ultra-precise industrial pad printing (tampography) capable of applying high-resolution graphics, logos, and functional indicators with up to 6 colors in a single continuous process. Engineered to handle intricate 3D geometries, spherical contours, and recessed surfaces, our pad printing technology ensures razor-sharp line definition and multi-color registration on complex technical components.

To overcome the challenges of poor surface energy and ink rejection on difficult substrates—such as high-gloss chromed plastics, smooth polymers, and non-polar materials—we integrate advanced Atmospheric Plasma Pre-Treatment. This inline activation process modifies the surface polarity at a molecular level, dramatically increasing ink wettability and mechanical bonding without compromising the underlying material integrity or visual finish.

What We Provide

Key Benefits

Our Approach

Our systematic approach to pad printing combines advanced atmospheric plasma surface conditioning with high-precision graphic transfer. Prior to printing, non-polar polymers and high-gloss chromed components pass through an automated atmospheric plasma jet, raising surface energy at a molecular level to ensure maximum ink wettability. Custom-engineered silicone pads then transfer high-durability, abrasion-resistant inks with up to 6-color registration precision onto flat, curved, or complex 3D surfaces. Following deposition, parts undergo controlled thermal or UV ink curing, followed by rigorous ISO cross-hatch adhesion and chemical rub resistance testing to guarantee flawless visual quality and long-term functional durability.
